We have a winner for the $50 Smith’s gift card giveaway that’s been running on our Facebook wall. First I want to tell all those that asked if their entry counted, that yes all comment left on the wall that had to do with deals counted. For this giveaway I counted up all the comments then used random.org to pick the number.

Here’s Katharine’s recipe, which does sound delicious. I’ll be posting more of these as time progresses.
48 oz. tomato or vegetable juice
1 can Ro*tel tomatoes
1 lb. cooked ground beef
1 c. frozen corn
1 can black beans
1 can kidney beans
1 T taco seasoning (adjust to your taste)
Cook on low for a few hours or on high for about one hour. enjoy with quesadillas, corn chips, or corn muffins
