Utah Easter Egg Hunts and Easter Events
Can you believe it! Utah’s Easter Egg festivities start this weekend, March 21. Here’s our most comprehensive annual list of over 70 hunts and activities going on for Easter around the state of Utah that we could find. Many Easter Egg Hunts around Salt Lake City are free.

- Bountiful Bunny Hop & Egg Hunt – at Bountiful City Park at 9 am. $0.50 tickets can be purchased for egg hunt, cake walk, face painting and more.
- Herriman Easter Egg Dive – starting at 5:30pm at the J.L. Sorenson Pool. Cost is $4 per child.
-South Davis Recreation Center Easter Egg Dive: at 550 N 200 W.
-Riverton Petersen Farm Easter Festival: at 9 am with egg hunt, pony rides, entertainment, baby animals, face painting and more. Cost is $3 per person and an additional $2 for breakfast (breakfast tickets must be prepurchased here, they will not be available the day of the event).
-Utah Food Allergy Network - at Southwood Park (6150 S 725 E) at 9:30 am. There will be thousands of eggs filled with toys and stickers as well as crafts and the Easter Bunny. Cost is $5 and advance tickets can be purchased here.
-Willow Park Zoo Eggstravaganza – in Logan (419 W 700 S) from 11 am – 3 pm. Admission is $3/children and $4/adults.
-St. George Cottontail Scramble – at Tonaquint Nature Center 1851 South Dixie Drive at 5:15 pm. Cost is $3.00 per child and includes a craft and hunt bag.
-Ogden Nature Center Egg-cellent Adventure: at 966 W 12th Street from 9 am – 12 pm. Are you ready for a unique Easter egg hunt? Join the Ogden Nature Center on a true egg hunt challenge. Cost is $4/members or $6/non-members – includes admission to the nature center.
-Murray Easter Egg Splash: at Murray Pool. $3 for Park Center Members & $5 for non-Members. Tickets are available 3/31.
- Antelope Island Do Bunnies Lay Eggs? – at the Visitor Center at 3 pm. We will take a short hike outside to look for these famous spring-time critters. Entrance fee to the park is $10 per vehicle up to 8 people.
-George S. Eccles Dinosaur Park Easter Egg Hunt – at 10:30 am & 1 pm. Join us for a fun morning of Easter egg hunts! Admission: $3-$6.
-Clearfield Easter Egg Dive – at the Clearfield Aquatic Center. Cost is $5 per child.
-Dimple Dell Easter Egg Dive: at Dimple Dell Rec Center (10670 S 1000 E) starting at 8:35 depending upon age. Registration begins 3/6 and space is limited. Cost is $5.50/per child.
-Fairmont Aquatic Center: starting at 10:20 am at 1044 E Sugarmont Dr. Admission is $4.
-Grand America Afternoon Tea with the Easter Bunny & Easter Brunch – Saturday, April 4 at 1pm & 3:30pm prices start at $20, plus tax and gratuity – reservation required 801-258-6708. You’ll be treated to a traditional English tea service and the Easter Bunny will make a special appearance.
Easter Brunch is scheduled for Sunday, April 5 at 9am-3:00pm. $49 Adults & $24.50 children. This extravagant buffet is held in the Grand Ballroom with live music.
-Heber Valley Spring Easter Trains: Scheduled for April 2-4. Includes 40 min. train ride to Soldier Hollow Platform with the Easter Bunny on board. There will be songs and games and each child will receive their own special Easter Egg. Tickets are $15.
-Layton Surf ‘n Swim Easter Egg Dive: at Surf ‘n Swim from 10 am – 12 pm. Cost is $5.
-St. George Jumping Jack’s – at 314 N 3050 E. Easter Carnival from 1:30-3:30 pm. Each ticket is just $6.50 and includes 1-free raffle/game ticket. Admission includes unlimited jumping, and our egg hunt with over 2500 filled Easter eggs. The Easter Bunny will be here also to take pictures with the kids, and there will be tons of fun carnival style games, cotton candy, face painting
-Thanksgiving Point Easter Eggstreme: The fun returns to Electric Park from 10am-2pm with tons of activities for all ages including rides on the cow train and grain train, inflatables, an obstacle course, face painting, sack races and other games. Advance tickets are Adults/$6 (non-member) & Child/$10 (non-member). Week of prices are Adults/$6 & Child/$12
-Weber County’s Fort Buenvantura: Come join us April 4&5 for a recreation of the fur trade era gatherings of trappers and Native Americans. With shooting contests, canoe races, trader’s row and primitive camping. This family event offers something for everyone. Cost is $2 per person
-Wheeler Farm Children’s Easter Egg Hunt: Wheeler Farm (6351 S 900 E) at 9 am, 10:30 am, 12 pm. $12 per child includes the hunt, Easter pail, goodies in the bucket and wagon rides for up to 4 people. Must pre-register here.
- Young Living Lavender Farm Eggstravaganza: Enjoy these entertaining activities: Easter Bunny photo booth, Pony and wagon rides, Face painting, Paddleboats, Concessions available for purchase And more! Admission is $5/12 and up; $3/children 3-11.
-Gardner Village Easter Brunch: Sunday April 5 from 9am-2pm at The Gathering Place. Adults/$25.95 and Kids/$15.95 (ages 3-11)

-Yuba State Park Rotten Easter Egg Hunt: The Easter Bunny is running a little behind this year. Come to the Oasis campground pavilion at 4 pm for an Easter egg hunt and search for as many goodies and prizes as possible, but let’s hope there won’t be too many rotten eggs. Cost $10 per car. -Riverton Teen Easter Egg Hunt – at CR Hamilton Sports Complex (3700 W 13800 S) at 9pm.
- St. George – at Findlay Automotive located on the “Savings Side of the Freeway” on Sunland Drive at 10 am for kids ages 0-10.
-Centerville – at Founders Park at 9:30 am for ages 10 and younger.
-Clearfield - at Fisher Park (934 S 1000 E) behind the Clearfield Aquatic Center. This is a free event.
-Clinton – at 2050 N 1500 W at 9am.
-Cottonwood Heights – at Butler Fields (7530 E 2700 W) at 10 am. Balloon artist and face painting from 9:30-10:30 am.
-Draper – at 10 am at Galena Hills Park. Meet the Easter Bunny and hunt for over 20,000 eggs filled with candy and prizes. Ages 12 and under.

- Logan Easter Walk – at 10 am-4pm at Downtown Logan. Enjoy a wonderful time as downtown businesses open their doors and welcome you with Easter candy for children…and moms and dads! If you are a fan of the downtown Halloween Walk, then this is an event for you!
-North Salt Lake Egg Hunt and Kite Festival - at Hatch Park (50 W Center Street) at 9 am
-Ogden – at Friendship Park (655 E 5500 S) at 10 am. Come early at 9 am for pictures with the bunny.
-Orem – at Mountain View High School at 9 am.
- Paowan – at City Park at 10 am.
- Plain City – at Town Square Park at 1 pm. There will be face painting, bounce house, sidewalk chalk art, sensory stations, photo booth and a raffle. Popcorn and lemonade will be served! Everything is FREE!

-Park City Mountain Resort - in the Kids Korral at 9am for kids 6 and under. Older children and adults are invited to hunt for the Golden Egg in the all mountain hunt.
-Sandy Alta Community Center – at 10351 E State Highway 210 in front of Alta Java at 11 am.
- SnowBasin Resort – at 3925 E Snowbasin Road at 10 am. Easter brunch will be available from 10:30 am – 4:30 pm. Adults $45 Children 6-12 years $19.
-Snowbird Ski Resort - meet at the Plaza Deck at 9am for ages 0-11. Breakfast available for a fee from 7:30-10:30 am.
- Provo Spring Festival – at 4 pm at Recreation Center (320 W 500 N). This event will feature a concert with favorite local musicians, live animals, food trucks, local artists, outdoor yoga, visits from local mascots, prizes, and adventure activities for children and adults alike.
