Here is a breakdown of the must-visit food festivals across the state, organized by region.
Salt Lake County
Living Traditions Festival (SLC): Typically held in May at Washington Square. This is one of the best places to try authentic food from dozens of different cultures living in Utah
Utah Food Festival (SLC): Held at the Natural History Museum of Utah from May 16–17, 2026, celebrating local heritage from honey to coffee.
SoJo Summerfest (South Jordan): Scheduled for June 2–6, 2026. It features a massive family carnival, a root beer garden, and a lineup of local food trucks.

Wasatch Community Gardens Tomato Sandwich Party (SLC): A free community tradition on September 12, 2026, featuring fresh sandwiches and live music.

Savor the Summit: Park City's “Longest Dinner Table” takes place in June 27 right down the center of Main Street.
Park Silly Sunday Market: Runs all summer long, serving as a weekly rotating festival of gourmet food trucks and artisans.

Peach Days (Hurricane): A massive celebration from September 3–5, 2026, featuring a rodeo and every peach treat imaginable.
